Apple's online store is one of the top revenue-generating online stores in the world.
Analysis
The project took place before the launch of iPhone and iPad. The challenge was to provide a scalable interface for new products and to provide the kind of holistic buying experience similar to real world Apple stores.
Approach and deliverables
• Identification of key opportunities for the online experience
• Customer journey based on user need states
• New navigation structure: Shop Mac, Shop iPhone, Shop iPad allows users to easily understand each ecosystem of products and accessories.

PBS is one of the most trusted online brands, driving a enormous amount of traffic to their website.
Analysis
Provide users with access to the breadth and depth of PBS content, provide PBS member stations and producers with access to tools and services which allow them to generate more revenue and awareness.
Approach and deliverables
• Created PBS video, a platform which for the first time brought together in one central location the biggest content producers from across the PBS network.
• New online video platform UI and CMS tool allowed member stations and producers to easily publish and manage video content.
• Created PBS.org, a site which brought together the best of PBS member station and producer online content in one place.
• Created and architected a new layer of technology which allows member stations and producers to publish content to wide audience through PBS.org
• Created a suite of tools (video player, CMS, publishing tools, TV schedule..) which allowed member stations and producers to reduce costs.

Music Theatre International (MTI) is one of the leading licensing companies for musical theatre productions.
Analysis
How can we take the rich content and production support services that MTI has developed over the years and make them available online in a format that meets current and future audience needs?
Approach and deliverables
MTI’s new online platform combines a rich showcase for all the musicals that they license, as well as a robust end-to-end digital procurement system, allowing producers large and small to access all the materials they need to put on a production.
The site is responsive and works on both desktop and mobile and includes social and community tools to help answer questions and form community around productions.

Analysis
To provide personalized access to live, recorded and on-demand video wherever and whenever the user wants it.
Approach and deliverables
• A multi platform interface (TV, Tablet, Phone, Web) that provides a full-featured and personalized TV experience.
• Personalization UI and services that allow key content to be easily accessible.
• UI for multi-person households to offer a personalized experience to each family member.
